In order to become a HIGH wizard, there's a lot of steps to take since it is the transcendent class. First, you need to get 9 job levels as a novice, then at least 40 job levels as a mage. THEN you must level up your wizard to BASE level 99! huge pain. After all your hard work, you have to be "reborn" to high class as a novice. Once again, another 9 job levels to High Mage, then at least 40 job levels until you get to HIGH WIZARD! ^ ^
